Returns

Return Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Sketch tags and designer garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the sender.


All tags must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Shoes

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the item. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the sender.

Exchange

Sketch offers one free exchange per item per customer. *Free exchange is limited to one exchange for the same item in another size or colour. If you would like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right please contact us at info@sketch-store.com to check if your replacement size or colour is available in stockWe will provide you with the necessary free exchange document.

We will exchange only when the wrong size or colour article has been returned to Sketch.
If you would like to exchange an item for another model, brand or item the mentioned return policy blow will apply.

Returns in-store

As a consumer you have 14 days to return your items. In-store we have a return gift card policy. This gift card can be used in-store and online and doesn’t have an expiration date.

Returns Online

All items returned should have a returning document included. Unindentified returns may be returned to the sender. Make sure that you keep the track&trace number when sending your package at your post-office.

*Please note: refund is initiated within one week.
*Please note: during 14 calendar days, the consumer has the possibility to terminate the agreement without stating reasons. This period starts on the day of shipment of the product by Sketch.
