Sketch ships worldwide and make use of PostNL shipping service.
Shipping costs
The amount of the shipping will be displayed when purchasing your order.
Free Shipping for orders over €250 for The Netherlands & Belgium
Delivery times
Orders placed before 4pm from Monday till Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Packages will be picked up from Monday till Friday before 6pm. If your shipping status is not available immediately, please try again later. PostNL tries to update the shipping status of your package as quick and accurate as possible.
If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, your package will be offered again at a later time or taken to a PostNL Parcel Point in your area. Due to a required signature upon receipt, it is unfortunately not possible to deliver your package to the neighbors.

*The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from Sketch. This means that you are entitled to a good product and it is or must do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from the product.
Order and pay
How do I place an order with Sketch?
At Sketch you can easily order online in the following steps:
- Add your items to your cart
View our collection(s) and select the items you want to purchase. Then click on the order button: 'Add to cart'. You can now continue shopping or continue to complete your order.
- Check
Check your shopping cart and click on the button: 'Cart details'. Here you will again see an overview of your order. Is your order completely correct? Continue and click on the button: 'Proceed to checkout'.
- Login
How would you like to complete the order? You can log in with your existing Sketch account or create a new account. You can also complete your order as a guest.
- Choose shipping method
Here you choose the desired shipping method.
- Choose payment method
Here you choose the desired payment method.
- Check and pay
Check your order again and read the Terms and Conditions. After you have completed your order, you will be forwarded to our payment provider.
All payments are referred by Sketch to Mollie. Mollie is a payment provider that provides the customer with a secure payment environment to pay for orders easily and in a trusted way. Your data is therefore not visible to Sketch and fully protected.
Payment methods
Multisafepay
Multisafepay offers various payment methods such as: IDEAL, Paypal, Visa, Bankcontact/Mister Cash, Mastercard, Maestro and more.
Dutch customer: As a Dutch customer, it is best to choose IDEAL. By indicating that you want to pay with IDEAL, you will be redirected to the equally secure payment environment of your own bank after choosing your bank. Here you have to make the payment on the basis of the well-known online banking.
Belgian customer: Belgian customers can use the confidential payment method Bankcontact/Mistercash, comparable to the Dutch IDEAL. By indicating that you want to pay with bank contact, you will be redirected to the equally secure payment environment of your own bank after choosing your bank. Here you have to make the payment on the basis of the well-known online banking.
Paypal
Paypal is a secure way to make online payments without sharing data. This is because Paypal asks to link a bank account or credit card when creating a Paypal account. Log in with this account and pay within a few clicks.
Credit card
With every credit card you must enter the 13 to 16-digit code as well as name, expiry date and the CVV or validation code. This is on the back of the credit card. Depending on the issuer of this credit card, you may still need to use your reader.
